Common questions
What do credits actually cover?
Every render on every bench: designs from a written brief, sketch renders, fittings, model shots, repose and model-swap passes, scene changes, edits, upscales and fashion clips. A standard design render runs 2 credits.
How do the monthly credits behave?
Each renewal tops your subscription balance back up to the plan’s full allowance. If the subscription ends, whatever subscription credits remain expire — though credits bought separately stay put on your account.
Am I locked in?
No. Switch plans whenever you like — the difference is prorated automatically — and cancellation, done from Manage subscription, takes effect when the current billing period runs out.
Can I try it before paying?
Signing up comes with free starter credits — enough for a first standard-quality render before any plan. Fittings, model shots, clips and the other benches cost more credits, so they need a subscription or a credit purchase.
