A standard render uses 2 credits, and your allowance refills every month you remain subscribed.

Who owns the designs I make here?

You keep ownership of what you render, to the fullest extent the law allows — portfolios, client decks and production runs are all fair game. The Terms of Service spell out the details.

Do I need any fashion training?

No — a written sentence is enough to draft a piece. If you do work in the industry, the style shelf, scene options, quality tiers and free-text notes give you tighter control over the result.
