THE CHIFFON OVERLAY Create ONE exact chiffon overlay design, then show it in TWO different prints. The chiffon overlay must be a separate removable garment that can be worn over the jumpsuit or separately with jeans, trousers or a skirt. The chiffon top should be larger and more voluminous than the body underneath, creating a beautiful contrast with the fitted jumpsuit. DO NOT make it off-shoulder. Create a secure, elegant neckline that sits naturally around the shoulders. Give the chiffon top full, voluminous puff sleeves with gathered cuffs. The bodice should have intentional scrunched/gathered construction, with multiple soft layers of chiffon creating texture and volume. The most distinctive feature should be an asymmetrical cascading drape: one side of the chiffon should extend significantly lower than the other, falling diagonally from the waist/hip toward the upper thigh or mid-thigh. The lower side should have several overlapping chiffon layers/tiers that create a playful cascading effect and beautiful movement when walking. Do not make the chiffon look like a basic blouse. It should be the statement piece of the outfit. PRINT 1 — RED Create a sophisticated but playful contemporary abstract print using: * rich red * burgundy * coral * cream * small touches of warm orange Use large artistic organic shapes, painterly forms and flowing abstract motifs. The print must be clearly visible on the chiffon. Do not make it plain, tonal, ombré or monochromatic. PRINT 2 — BLUE Create a completely different contemporary abstract print using: * cobalt blue * navy blue * powder blue * cream * small touches of a complementary accent colour Use large artistic organic/geometric shapes with movement. Again, the print must be clearly visible and intentional. Do not make it plain or simply blue chiffon. IMPORTANT DESIGN RULE The ivory jumpsuit MUST remain exactly the same in both versions. The chiffon silhouette MUST remain exactly the same in both versions. Only the chiffon print changes between the red version and blue version. PRESENTATION Show the collection clearly: LOOK 1: Ivory jumpsuit alone — front, left side, right side and back. LOOK 2: Ivory jumpsuit + red printed chiffon — front, left side, right side and back. LOOK 3: Ivory jumpsuit + blue printed chiffon — front, left side, right side and back. LOOK 4: Red printed chiffon alone on a mannequin — front, side and back. LOOK 5: Blue printed chiffon alone on a mannequin — front, side and back. Make the presentation look like a real contemporary ready-to-wear fashion collection, with realistic garment construction and proportions suitable for production in multiple sizes. OVERALL AESTHETIC: feminine, youthful, playful, sophisticated, premium, versatile and commercially wearable. AVOID: extremely baggy trousers, bodycon trousers, palazzo proportions, off-shoulder chiffon, plain chiffon, generic blouse construction, traditional peplum, Ankara, excessive embellishment, costume styling and haute couture exaggeration.
